Here at the Farmhouse Art Centre we offer an unrivalled service for all art enthusiasts.

Set in the peaceful countryside, our gallery features monthly solo artist exhibitions along with a wide selection of prints, limited editions and original artwork. We also stock ready made frames and a range of greeting cards from artists including Mary Ann Rogers.

Running alongside the gallery is our complete bespoke picture framing service. From restoration work to the latest fashion in framing we always endeavour to provide framing of the highest quality.

The Summer Art Show

Nine of the best local artists will be exhibiting at our Summer Art Fair held just 4 miles away at Dearnford Lodge. The show is open on Saturday 28th June, 6pm-9pm, and Sunday 29th June, 11am-5pm.

Looking over the beautiful Dearnford Lake it will be well worth a visit with artwork from Geoff Beckett, Chris Docking, Leo Augustine Donaghy, Maxine Hart, Claire Somerville, Loren Somerville, Peter Stott, as well as jewellery by Sally Reid and wood sculpture by Ian Taig.

 

News: Sunday opening & exhibition lineup

We are now open every Sunday from 11am till 3pm, ideal for adding a bit of art appreciation to any Sunday afternoon countryside jaunt! This is in addition to our normal opening hours which remain the same.

Our full 2008 exhibition schedule can be found in full on the Gallery page. Don't forget that there are preview evenings for every exhibition that are ideal to have a chat with the artists along with a glass of wine! The next evening is for Amanda Samane Ord on Friday 19th June from 7pm - 9pm.
